Deaerator platforms experience severe cyclic thermal loading and high vibrational stress from fluid dynamics. The layout required rigorous positioning within a highly congested existing plant footprint while ensuring absolute structural integrity under dynamic loads.

Our Technical Execution

Our team utilized STAAD.Pro for structural finite element analysis and Tekla for precise detailing of steel connections. Concurrently, AutoPIPE was deployed to execute pipe stress analysis, ensuring that the critical fluid lines feeding the deaerator system safely accommodated thermal expansion without overstressing structural supports.

The Outcome

Delivered a fully optimized, fabrication-ready structural and piping package with zero interferences. The integrated design approach minimized physical footprint requirements and guaranteed long-term fatigue resilience.
