The Challenge

Offshore modules pack dense structural, mechanical, piping, HVAC, electrical, and architectural systems into a tight envelope. Undetected spatial overlaps between these distinct disciplines cause massive delays and expensive field re-engineering during fabrication at the shipyard.

Our Technical Execution

We built a complete, intelligent 3D digital twin of the entire asset in AVEVA E3D. Our team executed continuous multi-discipline clash checks, systematically identifying and resolving hard, soft, and clearance interferences between structural beams, ducting runs, and piping networks prior to construction drawing release.

The Outcome

Delivered a 100% clash-free, mathematically coordinated 3D design. This phase of engineering verification effectively guaranteed zero construction rework during the modular assembly stage, protecting project timelines and margins.
